If you incur difficulties with the product we will replace it first and determine the cause second. With minimal maintenance and care, our products offer decades of protection and service.

Motor Warranty

ShadeStar installs only the highest quality Elero brand motor for quiet, smooth and effortless operation. These products are time tested and offer the best operational standards in the market. All Elero motors are backed by a 5 year warranty against manufacture defects and 1 year on electronic components. Motors can be replaced onsite or repaired with technical assistance from ShadeStar or Elero.

The best fabrics for retractable awnings in the USA today are made by Sunbrella. These fabrics are light weight and durable for many years of use and color retention.

Sunbrella fabrics are guaranteed by the manufacturer for 10 years on a pro-rated basis, from the day of installation, and covers loss of color or strength from normal conditions, including sunlight, rot, and atmospheric chemicals. It does not cover labor and installation.
